After an incredible year and a half of touring the globe; playing 150 shows to packed-house crowds from North America to Australia and everywhere in-between (21 countries at last count), pop-rock quintet R5 are ready to move one step closer to world domination with the release of their much-anticipated first single, “Let’s Not Be Alone Tonight,” off their upcoming sophomore album due this summer.

To support their release, R5 will rock movie theaters across the U.S. with a special one night only big screen release of “R5: All Day, All Night” on Thursday, April 16. The 90 minute documentary takes fans through the band’s career from inception to their first world tour and ending with an intimate standing-room-only performance at the famed Roxy Theater in Los Angeles.  The movie also features never-before-seen footage from the band’s early years. Following the release of the band’s sophomore album, R5 will mount a U.S. summer tour that will bring their electrifying live show to every corner of the U.S. and will follow with international tour dates in the fall.

The band’s yet-to-be-titled album is the follow-up to their debut album LOUDER, which rocketed to No. 1 on iTunes in 10 countries. Led by vocalist/rhythm guitarist Ross LynchR5 came together in 2009 and is comprised of Lynch's siblings Riker (bass/vocals), Rocky (lead guitar/vocals) and Rydel(keyboard/vocals) and friend Ellington "Ratliff" (drums/vocals). R5 has rapidly emerged as an exciting new voice in the world of pop rock.
